Writer, Editor
I grew up in DeKalb, Illinois, and that’s where I live today with my partner, cats, and some tanks full of snails and shrimp. I am also trying my hand at aquatic plants. Our backyard is full of shade and moss. And hostas. I keep trying to grow ferns in the living room. When I’m not doing things with water, I like to watch movies and read.
I work as an editor/content strategist and write poetry. My poems have appeared in Cream City Review, Storm Cellar, Sugared Water, Yalobusha Review, the bramble & thorn anthology (Porkbelly Press), and elsewhere. I’ve been a poetry reader for GASHER Journal and I’m currently reading for Interstellar Flight Press. My first chapbook, Wendy Inbetween, is available from Dancing Girl Press.
